2. What these terms cover
- studio services — extensions, refills, manicure;
- in-person courses in Plzeň on a fixed date;
- online courses — a set of video lessons with lifetime access.
3. Orders
Studio appointments and places on in-person courses are arranged by phone, e-mail or the form on this site. The contract is formed once I confirm the date.
Online courses are ordered through the site; the contract is formed on payment.
4. Prices and payment
Service prices are in the price list, course prices on each course page. The price shown when you order is final and does not increase during checkout.
Studio services are paid on site. Courses are paid in advance unless agreed otherwise.
5. Delivery of an online course
Access to the video lessons is sent to the e-mail given in the order, normally within 24 hours of payment. Access is personal and not meant to be shared.
6. Withdrawal from the contract
Online course. For digital content delivered immediately: by ordering and confirming access you expressly agree that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the right to withdraw.
In-person course. A date can be moved or cancelled free of charge no later than 14 days before it takes place. For later cancellations the deposit is not refunded, as the place in the group stays empty. If I cancel the course, the full amount is returned.
Studio service. Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead so the slot can go to someone else.
7. Complaints
If you are not happy with the result, get in touch as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days. I will assess it and we will agree on a fix or a refund. Complaints are handled within 30 days.
I cannot take responsibility where the recommended aftercare was not followed or the nail was damaged mechanically.

9. Personal data and cookies
What this site stores is listed in the cookie policy. Personal data is used only for orders and communication and is not passed to anyone.
10. Disputes
I try to settle any dispute by agreement. Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes in the Czech Republic is handled by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, coi.cz.
11. Effective date
These terms are effective from 20 October 2026.
