Day 1
Theory
- Setting up your workspace;
- Professional appearance and hygiene of a nail technician;
- Introduction to cutting and rotary tools;
- Instrument processing stages: disinfection, pre-sterilization cleaning, sterilization;
- Structure of the natural nail;
- Chemistry of nail materials;
- Adhesion principles;
- Polymerization process;
- How to choose the right lamp;
- Contraindications for artificial coatings;
- Typical mistakes: causes of cracks and lifting of artificial material;
- Anatomy of the nail unit;
- Common nail diseases (overview);
- Techniques of classic and combined manicure;
- Overview of materials for natural nail coatings and their types;
- Secrets of leveling the nail plate;
- How to apply gel polish under the cuticle and avoid common mistakes.

Model 1 — classic manicure and base coat application.
Day 2
Theory
Combined manicure and nail strengthening with gel
- Step-by-step combined manicure technique;
- Overview of different gel types;
- Correct preparation of the natural nail plate;
- Secrets of strengthening nails with gel;
- French manicure technique;
- Reasons for lifting or breaking after gel strengthening.
Practice
Model 1 — combined manicure with gel leveling (+ simple design).
Model 2 — combined manicure with gel strengthening and one-tone colour.
Day 3
Theory
Combined manicure and gel strengthening (advanced)
- Detailed technique of combined manicure;
- Proper nail preparation for gel application;
- Reasons for lifting or damage after strengthening.
Practice
Model 1 — combined manicure with leveling and gel polish coating.
Model 2 — combined manicure with gel strengthening and French manicure.
Day 4
Practice
Model 1 — combined manicure with leveling and gel polish coating.
Model 2 — combined manicure with gel strengthening and French manicure.
This course is for:
- beginners with no previous experience;
- working nail technicians;
- self-taught technicians who want to systemize their knowledge and technique.
After the course you will know and be able to:
- Process instruments properly: disinfection, pre-sterilization cleaning, sterilization;
- Understand material chemistry: adhesion, polymerization, interaction with the nail plate;
- Understand nail anatomy: the nail, the cuticle and the matrix, and their role in your work;
- Recognise nail plate types and adapt your technique to each of them;
- Prepare the nail surface to prevent lifting and ensure long wear;
- Tell when gel and gel polish must not be used;
- Apply and shape material correctly: leveling and basic nail architecture.
